• Delivery area: We only deliver to N'Djamena, Chad.
• Delivery times: Delivery is generally made within 24 to 72 hours after confirmation of your order.
• Delivery method: A member of our team will contact you to arrange the delivery location and time.
• Delivery charges: Charges may vary depending on the delivery area in N'Djamena and will be communicated at the time of ordering.

• Return period: Returns are accepted within 3 days of receipt of the jewelry.
• Conditions: The jewelry must be unworn, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging.
• Exceptional cases: Beyond 3 days, returns are only accepted in special cases (manufacturing defect, order error, etc.).
